Founder
In PM's almost 2 decades in Policing, following roles as a police officer on Patrol, Response, Pro-Active Crime Unit, Drugs Unit and Tactical Support Unit, PM spent most of his career as the Head of Criminal Justice & Custody for 4 UK Police Forces. He spent many of those years as the Senior Responsible Officer for multiple transformation programs across numerous police forces at a local and regional level. His achievements in driving improvements in police performance saw him also working for the (UK) National Police Improvement Agency, The (UK) College of Policing, and serve 6 years as the UK's Member State Expert on Policing with the European Union (EU) policing Turkey, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Macedonia.
On leaving the police, PM subsequently joined the world's 5th Largest Consulting & IT company, leading their Public Safety and National Security Directorates in both the UK and Canada.
Latterly, PM has led Professional Services for Public Sector, Public Safety, National Security & Defense for 2 of the worlds largest technology companies: Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud, leading on the deployment of cutting edge Sovereign Infrastructure and exploiting next generation Data & AI to enhance mission-efficiency and effectiveness.
PM holds over 40 certifications, including Lean Six Sigma, Project & Program Management and numerous Cloud, AI and IT qualifications from Google, AWS, Microsoft, IBM & Cisco.
Rob R.
Partner
Rob served over 30 years with the UK's largest Police Service; London's Metropolitan Police. Working some of the toughest roles in some of the most challenging environments, Rob reached Chief Superintendent. Over Rob's tenure, which exceeded 30 years, Rob commanded Territorial Policing, Criminal Investigations and Criminal Justice. He also led the UK's largest Police command: Roads & Transport Command.
Rob was a nationally recognized leader in driving high performing teams, and delivering exceptional standards of policing across the commands he led. This resulted in him being seconded to lead Inspection and Review for both the National Police Improvement Agency and the UK Government Home Office, where he inspected a significant number of Policing Services on a range of topics. In addition to this demanding role, Rob was also invited to lead a significant number of "Senior Leadership Programs" on behalf of the College of Policing where he trained, coached and mentored successive generations of Senior Leaders, who went on to uphold the high standards set by Rob.
Rob has since gone on to lead Policing & Public Safety for several niche Public Safety and National Security Consulting firms including Emerald, Pro:Public and Futures. During this time Rob worked extensively across the UK, Europe, Africa and Middle-East on a range of topics. Rob is qualified in Change Management and is an EMCC Coach in Leadership.
Craig G.
Partner
Craig has 34 years policing experience and is the former Chief Constable of two UK Police Forces, including the 2nd largest in the country with a responsibility for 13,000 staff and a budget nearing £1bn. Leading through complexity, high threat, risk and harm whilst improving services at a lower cost are part of his unique skill set. His fiscal leadership abilities are widely respected across UK policing.
Craig was a Chief officer for over 14 years with significant experience of leading teams, departments, business areas, programs and strategic partnerships. Craig led significant Organizational Transformations, and drove service improvements across all the forces he led.
This saw him consistently delivering multi-million pound efficiencies whilst simultaneously augmenting force performance. His skill set includes leveraging non-pay efficiencies, strategic collaborations, Estates savings and substantial digital investments which have enabled expeditious performance gains. He has lead Inspections and Reviews of other police services on behalf of Chief Constables and The National Police Improvement Agency.
Whilst Chief Constable, Craig was the National Police Chiefs Council Portfolio Lead for Professional Standards, Ethics, Vetting and and Anti-Corruption. He has worked with Government to change legislation and improve national systems whilst being a long serving Disciplinary and Appeal Panel Chair.
Operationally Craig has an extensive range of skills and experience at both operational and strategic levels in Specialist Firearms, Public Order, Multi-Agency Critical Incident Management, CBRN, CT Command, Crime, Custody, Control Rooms and Criminal Justice. He is a highly experienced Senior Surveillance and Undercover Authorising Officer. In this space he has revolutionised the volume and effectiveness of online undercover operations.
Craig has been an assessor and co-director of the UK Senior Police National Assessment Centre for many years in addition to being the UK policing lead on examinations. He has also assisted strategic partners on key appointments. Amongst his passions is developing the diversity of new officers and staff. He recently pioneered the first Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship programme, a bespoke Military entry route into policing and a Direct Entry Detective scheme in Counter Terrorism.
His service has been recognised at many levels in policing and across partnerships. He was awarded the Queens Police Medal (QPM) for Distinguished Service in 2021. He is an 'Officer of the Order of St John' (OStJ) and a Deputy Lieutenant. Craig has been an Army Reservist for over 20 years. He continues to serve as a Military Intelligence Officer and holds current DV Vetting.
